Yes I am aware of this, which is why I have just chosen the 2 main breeds I will be breeding, then , I will fine tune the traits I want. hopefully

Polish are one option. They have both the larger crest and there are several laced varieties.

sounds like a cool idea. why the green egg? if you could accomplish the other things...who cares about egg color? i think it would be more impressive if you could create this chicken and it laid white eggs...that would prob be harder.

Mostly because there are only a couple of recognized green eggs layers that people can get.
