How to teach pullets to go in the coop to sleep?

Hello! New BYC owner. I have 8 week old RIR pullets. They are sleeping in the house at night and I take them out in the day.
It gets about 30 at night.. but at 8 weeks old - they seem to have most (if not all) of their feathers. Is it fine for them to transition them out fulltime?
Beyond that - they haven't figured out how to go up in their coop at night.
Any suggestion?

You will need to put them in there every night until they get it. I put my chicks outside at 4 weeks and now at 6 weeks they go into their coop and onto their perches at night. I just go out and close the door. I think it took them about a week to get it

Things to consider: If there's a ramp, do they know how to use it? Is the coop too dark inside, so they can't see and are unwilling to go in? Is the coop too stuffy/poorly ventilated, so it's not appealing to them?
