How to tell if an egg is good....

when you crack them and they run al over and the yolk is runny there bad...the whites should not run all ove either...a little bit on the white is normal...jeff
 
Mine don't run quickly. Just sometimes after I gently break them into a small bowl the yellow will start oozing out...?!?
