How to tell if she is a he.

Sorry about the blurry pics but she/he did not want to be photographed. This one is about 10 weeks and we are worried it my be a rooster by the behavior. I know you can tell by saddle feathers but these look like they might be pointy side However they're not that much thinner the others. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not seeing any pointy hackle or saddle feathers and no hint of red/enlarging comb. Looks like a pullet to me (at this age).
