Use in Asian stir fry or fry in butter,sprinkle thyme rosemary salt black pepper and a glass of merlot or shiraz (red wine.) Let this simmer uncovered on medium heat until most of wine has evaporated;put in some heay cream shot of good brandy and serve over freshly hot-off-the-grill steaks since you have the finest specimens of American Shiitake mushrooms there is! yummy!
