How would someone get banned?

The BYC Staff work really hard to keep people here on BYC. Unless a case is extreme (posting pornography, spamming the forum, etc.) we do our best to give members plenty of warnings before a ban is put into place. It is rare that someone who is banned doesn't see it coming.

Relative to the number of members of our community, the number that have been been banned is super super tiny. In general, if you keep the rules and respect our staff then you've got nothing to worry about.

Again, to reiterate: We don't take banning members lightly. The entire staff is invited to participate in a discussion over the member. The member's conduct and attitude are evaluated and if necessary actions are taken to protect our community and promote a healthy and thriving community experience.

Honestly, the staff would be tickled to never have to even worry about banning anybody, so please keep the rules and encourage others to do so as well.

I think its pretty hard to be banned here. I coulda been banned a long time ago I expect. I dont even know if anybody has ever been banned. I know talking about that no no subject dealing with roosters is a big no no. I would not do that one.
