Huge hard lump on chicken's neck

Ok so should I just keep an eye on it then? Are there any warning signs I should look out for?

If the hen becomes lethargic. If it's internal bleeding you'll see a drastic change in your hen pretty quickly. But if she isn't acting lethargic, she may be swelled in that area.

The lump doesn't look much different, maybe a little bit bigger. She ran out with the others this morning and went straight to the scratch like nothing's wrong. I still don't see anything under her feathers. I'll post more pics today and try to get some better ones.

It could be infection to. The color isn't likely to change for an infection.
