If the hen becomes lethargic. If it's internal bleeding you'll see a drastic change in your hen pretty quickly. But if she isn't acting lethargic, she may be swelled in that area.Ok so should I just keep an eye on it then? Are there any warning signs I should look out for?

It could be infection to. The color isn't likely to change for an infection.The lump doesn't look much different, maybe a little bit bigger. She ran out with the others this morning and went straight to the scratch like nothing's wrong. I still don't see anything under her feathers. I'll post more pics today and try to get some better ones.
