Huge tumor on quail foot

There's a weird growth on my female Coturnix Quail's foot. She is struggling to stand on it and is hopping to get around.

She had something wrong with her foot about 7 weeks before, there was a sore on her foot and it tore kind of and it was bleeding alot. It was spurting, so there was something wrong with the artery.

How can I help her, is there anything I can do? She hasn't had trouble walking before today and I didn't notice it until now. It's kind of soft and squishy, like there's something inside of it.

Should I separate her, and add some nutri drop to her water, and give her a warm place to go?

What do I do about the tumor? Should I try getting something out of it? Do I have to take her to a vet?
