imagine them poor people in alaska,,,, i would like it for 1 year,,, but after that it would drive me nuts!!

I wouldn't mind visiting Alaska when they have daylight. No daylight just gets to depressing!

And yet that's what winter is, the season of darkness.

I dislike daylight savings time, especially this time of year. I want the rest of the light we have in the morning, where it belongs. Darkness at 4:30 pm doesn't bother me. I know after the winter solstice things turn around and the light comes back.

i used to luv winter in maine,, good excuse to stay in and sit by the fire,,,,,,down here it just means you wear pants not shorts,,hehe

I've seen it when there have been 12 members and 10 guests on. Of course, that's when I can't sleep at 1 or 2 AM AZ time.

I certainly wish that we'd stay with CA when Daylight Savings comes.. year round for that matter. We are one of the only states in the lower 48 that doesn't ever change time.
