EDIT: And now there are another 2 hurricanes as well? Jose and Katia?

Jose is currently a Cat 3 but looks more ocean bound than not. Of course, that could change.

To add to the list of disasters, there was an 8.0 earthquake in Mexico about an hour ago.

As of two hours ago, they had already had 62 aftershocks and the possibility of a 7.2 in the next few hours.

I just told hubby the other day, with all this craziness, all there needs is a big earthquake to include all the disasters. I didn't mean it!

Winds have gone down, but the current expected track puts it right through the middle of Florida.

Ha ha! My mom and dad have visited Key West several times and say it's a country all it's own. This picture is from someone evacuating from Key West, and proves the point .

I doubt ferals... I bet they're not technically pets either... I bet every one of them has sharpened spurs...

I don't have Facebook...but my hubby does....check out the postings for "Key West Chickens"....I didn't even know these existed.

Yes, they have wild chickens all over the islands in the Keys.
