Just watched an up lifting story on PBS about repeated floods and rebuilding and one man's dream and faith in going on. You can see it if you google Arto Monaco, the Land of Make Believe, U tube. it's about one hour long. But worth the time in my opinion, if you are looking for something to make you feel better about re building. And keeping faith in the good things in life.

Jose's a danger for a few folks in the Caribbean, for sure, but the models don't generally look like the U.S. has much to worry about.
