I was told that frog legs 'taste like chicken'; they taste like frog! Once was plenty. Mary

Also fresh frog legs cooked by a friend. Fresh Bull frogs from the ponds on her land, Breaded and deep fried they were always good never thought gator or frog legs tasted like chicken, rabbit does come close but still not chicken.

Used to eat raw oysters and clams when I lived near and in Boston. Never could do sushi well but love a good ceviche. Basically "cooked" in citrus or vinegar.

Love Conch, had it fresh in chowder and fritters in the Keys:D. I'm a native Floridian born in Broward Co Hosp. but raised up north since age 1. My parents talked about going through hurricanes playing cards with the neighbors in someones boarded up home. Hoping all our members and friends get thru this season with minimal loss!:fl
Reminds me of when I was a kid, nobody evacuated!!

NO, no pigs feet or chicken feet. see both in the Mexican markets I frequent. Guess chicken feet make good stock, may try it some day. Also can't do the fried pig skin that is a go to on low carb diets and Mexican cuisine.
I'm married to a Mexican who seems to have a stomach of steel...he eats some nasty stuff.
