Conch fritters so good as are Rhode Island clam fritters on the beach. Neither one can I get here in the Midwest.

I was told that frog legs 'taste like chicken'; they taste like frog! Once was plenty. Mary
Reminds me of when I was a kid, nobody evacuated!!Love Conch, had it fresh in chowder and fritters in the Keys. I'm a native Floridian born in Broward Co Hosp. but raised up north since age 1. My parents talked about going through hurricanes playing cards with the neighbors in someones boarded up home. Hoping all our members and friends get thru this season with minimal loss!

I've had alligator and frog legs before too.
I have NEVER eaten pickled pigs feet though...so I'm good.
Frog legs etouffee is one of the most wonderful dishes I have ever eaten. Made a fool of myself in a white table cloth resturant, sucking all the meat off the bone! LOLI was told that frog legs 'taste like chicken'; they taste like frog! Once was plenty. Mary
I'm married to a Mexican who seems to have a stomach of steel...he eats some nasty stuff.NO, no pigs feet or chicken feet. see both in the Mexican markets I frequent. Guess chicken feet make good stock, may try it some day. Also can't do the fried pig skin that is a go to on low carb diets and Mexican cuisine.
