Tongue makes a great sandwich! Also my family loves deer heart stuffed with italian sausage!It took me YEARS to be able to cook cow's tongue with out gagging.

Broil/roast some tomatillos and an onion and some fresh garlic and serrano peppers...I eat little meat as is. No tripe, Meunendo, (I always spell it wrong) no tongue, no mountain oysters. no no no. I would for sure gag on tongue, I know I do on liver. Am making green tomatillo salsa and chicken enchiladas for a work food day on Friday.
