Sorry, I love calves liver and onions, so I would probably eat that.

I've tried all kinds of liver in the course of my life; cow, chicken, venison, elk... I think they're all gross.

What is lamb's fry and bacon, that sounds pretty good.

Here in Wyoming, lamb fries are battered and fried lamb testicles.

awwww I love sashimi! Its one of my favorite celebration foods! I also love raw oysters, lobster... clams, raw or fried... I guess I'm a New England Chic. LOL I have tried gater once, when I was in Puerto Rico for my sister's wedding. Really tasty.

Now I'm hungry catching up on all the posts from last night! LOL

You need to come visit NOLA (you will gain 10 lbs), hard to find a bad meal here, unless you are a picky eater! LOL

Wikipedia suggests it could be all sorts of guts and disgusting bits, but testicles in US and liver here. Either way, it's not passing my lips. Yuck. (we used to feed our cats liver, cutting that stuff up does not make you want to eat it yourself.

My father picked up a Paul Prudome book when I was a kid. Within 10 years that book had 20 years of use under it. LOL. I have that book now... I LOVE Cajun food, and I REALLY want to go to NOLA someday. Probably in the winter. I don't know that I could handle the heat and humidity during the summer!
