They have closed all school until Sept. 5th for now, that may change again.

I'm just not catching up on the news.
Look pretty bad everywhere in Houston right now.

They're still helping people get out of houses in my neighborhood, by boat, now.
I still can not believe it.
Constant army trucks hauling people to the school behind me.

They are predicting another rough night for Houston metro with strong storms. Torrential rains and high winds incoming.

.....stalling just inland with tons/days of rain yes, but....that's NUTS!

I don't think we, the people living this right now, really understand how bad it is.
We have no idea if DH is going to be able to get to his work come tomorrow.

KIKI, I don't think anyone in your area is going to make it to work tomorrow. Hope he doesn't try to go. It's too dangerous out there to try to drive anywhere, from what we are seeing.
