My BFF only buys boneless skinless chicken breast from the store.
It drives me nuts.
No matter how many times I have showed her and told her how much cheaper it is do do this herself she does not listen.
She is a dork.

I'm no where near my mentor... he can breakdown a chicken consistently at 1.11 minutes. I take at least three. at the end of three minutes I have two whole legs (by 4h standards) two skinless boneless breasts., two tenders and two wings. Now gizzards are a whole different story... I can do two per minute, not a good metric, so I just don't sell them. If you want to see a pro break down a chicken, here ya go...
