Just say "F" that way nobody gets offended but the alphabet. And nope Kiki no green face, this is one of those fancy witch outfit with purple accents. The hat by itself was worth more than I paid. It's not new but I don't care, new to me.

the people dressed as animals actually have a name! They are called "furries" and it's a real thing, although I find it kind of creepy. People who think they are animals. (shudder)! They even mate!

Kiki - you sure do those workouts awfully quick. What is your secret?

The alphabet is way overused. We need to just stick with the whole words, spelled correctly. With proper enunciation.

Question: How long should a brined chicken soak? Will going longer hurt or cause issues?

I started brining Tuesday. Worked too late to care Wednesday and had to do the shopping Thursday. Trying to decide if I need to rinse or just cook. Will be on the rotisserie. These are barred rock at 16 weeks.

How long was it in the brine and what do you make your brine with?

1 cup salt in a gallon of water.
fresh basil - 6 tops
fresh thyme - 3 tops
peppercorns - 1 tbls

Rubber with lemon pepper (more salt) and olive oil.

Jalapenos and the brining spices under the skin (minus peppercorns.)

Late Tuesday to Friday early. Call it 3 days. I'll report how they chew. It'll be an hour on the rotisserie. Maybe longer. Like the crispy skin.
