Speaking of scary clowns...are any of you having the issue with the red balloon thing? (joke/gag/promo for Stephen King's It release). I haven't seen any around here but I know lots of reports in PA of it happening.

No clue. But it is dangerous scaring people down here.

I'll ask the kids. They know more about that than me.

He's waiting for the airports to open up again so he can get down there and get his dad.
That's why I was curious about the transport options. Way easier for people to jump on a boat and move out for a while than on a plane.

Just a bit of trivia.... I was looking up about that It movie. The actor playing the clown is a fellow called Bill Skarsgard and he is the son of a famous Swedish actor called Stellan Skarsgard. He's got a whole heap of sons, most are in the movie business, all gorgeous. Anyway, on his IMDb page, Bill Skarsgard was saying that he's the "short one" among his brothers. He's 6'3" :D

Do y'all have RenFaire's down under?
Yes, I think so. A bloke on a forum used to dress up in chainmail and do sword fights, but I think that was more medieval than renaissance, but they do have "dressup things"
What did you have for supper last night?
What will you have for supper tonight?
Do you cook?
Best meal?
I don't cook much, I mostly just shove stuff into the slow cooker for stew/soup. I can do an ok roast, and a pretty good lasagna.
Last night, I went to the pictures, so I went to Ikea for tea/supper. They do $5 meals.
What are you dressing up for Halloween as?
We don't really have Halloween here. They've sort of brought it in a little bit for the kids, but it's not a big thing everywhere, like it is in America. I don't have to dress up, my natural look is zombie/witch.
