:yesss:

The muscles in my stomach, the ones I didn't know were still alive, are so sore this morning.
I am blaming my soreness on all of you crazies!
(although the short exercise video that almost killed me yesterday might have something to do with it)

So does this mean I can skip a day of working out?
What? You know to let my stomach area heal a little?

I know this is from Thursday. I've gotten to be a rather exercise nut after losing 70 pounds and working out. Yes if sore muscles give those muscles a day or two rest. Do something else, walk, do exercises using a different part of the body, give those muscles a time to heal. My doc (sports medicine) as well as other specialties tells me @ 60+ at least 2 days. I usually do only one unless I'm really sore.

You could make a halloween one, with orange and black icing! People here are finding excuses to do that sort of thing, like the Kristmas Kringle (a Christmas king cake). Just an easy excuse if you are looking for one. ;)

I LOVE Kringle -- Scandinavian family. One of these days I'll learn how to make it. My great gramma worked in a Danish bakery in Wisc. she taught me to make bread but not kringle (SOB)

Reality is for people that can't hold their liquor.

Really, you get better health benefits from laughing than exercise. Endorphins and all that stuff. Makes people feel good instead of scared of weather which we have no control over.

Riddle me this: Which is harder to herd, cats or chickens?

Prove it.

Exercise also creates good endorphins. so BOTH??? MYHO good idea.

Okay, off topic. Last night we caught a hugh white possum in our HAH trap. Black ears, and no red eyes. Very large male, have never seen one like this before. He is truely white, not the normal grayish white and his legs and feet are white, just the ears are black. Anyone seen one like him? Is he a certain type of possum?

No idea but the pups were playing with a prize dead mole with white ears in the backyard this am. Yet anther trench in my back yard to try not to fall into.

how am I suppose to pronounce @adrikeen ..I have no clue how to say this word.
Just call me Adrienne....the "Keen" was my maiden name. It's a joke actually...."how are you doing today Adrienne?" Oh....(instead of saying "peachy keen" I'd say "adrikeen").
I know....stupid.
I'm now married to a German. You should hear people try to pronounce that!!!! Then again...even I couldn't at first.
