Hurricane Advice

I've been waiting on my weather to cool off some so I can go walk in the mornings.
Not sure when the cooling will begin though.

IKD Weatherman keeps talking about how it's fall now and then he goes on to forecast highs in the 90's. Even the anchors on the news laugh!

If anyone wants to do a really stupid workout that p90x is the ticket. Not that I actually did any of it I just watched the videos while hubs tried. Did y'all know laughing isn't considered helpful during a workout?

Laughing is a workout. Isn't that encouragement?

If only of one you other fluffy's live real close to me ..we could meet up and force...i mean push each other.

I am fluffy. I'm sorta close. Do I have to do anything other than laugh?

What I should do is just start building a new coop.
I wouldn't consider that having to workout but I would be doing something more than just sitting on BYC all day.

New coop? How about coming over and building a chicken tractor for me? Another raised garden? Haul wood chips? Mow? Think of all the recipes we could discuss. The advantages of self medication. I'm good at moral support, bar tending, drinking and laughing. We would have the chickens and dogs to help us.

I think I've finalized the plans using mostly recycled stuff laying around for the tractor. Old fence that fell over 4 hurricanes ago from the neighbor. Wish me luck!

As much stuff as I got to do around here, I don't have time for exercise.

I looked incredible when hubby came home from Iraq because of it.

Thank you and your husband for y'alls sacrifice. Dad was 22 years Air Force. Yep, I grew up all over.

A morning walk takes so much motivation and effort! The only way to walk around here is a 2.5 mile loop with multiple hills! We do have a treadmill, but it sits in the corner collecting dust lol



We have p90x. It really works too.I looked incredible when hubby came home from Iraq because of it. But it takes an insane amount of motivation and I just don't have it lol. Plus, the wireless are SO long! 1.5 hours of insane yoga?! Pass

I get my exercise back and forth to bread cupboard or baking it cleaning 3 coops feeding 5 dogs, 2 litter boxes 8 cats then cooking dinner, last but not least take dogs back out clean litter boxes again.... dare any to keep up

I don't know whether they sell them hot, but one day I went there and the young man who was serving gave me one off the conveyor. It was good.

Yum! Those are the hot, freshly glazed ones. They literally melt in your mouth!

Don't get the wrong impression. I like Police Officers, just not tickets. I told crazy lady I decided to be a Police Officer when I grew up and she informed me that no I had not. So, it's back to Park Ranger! As soon as I get the kids out of college...

I need to look up Chicken Ranch. Might be a good career. I heard there was a successful one in LaGrange at one time. Even a movie and a song about it. Haw, haw, haw...

Ha ha! I wanted to be a teacher, so now I AM a teacher in a PRISON with credentials that say "Federal Law Enforcement Officer" at the top of them. Never in a million years did I dream........
