So the G word is a fancy word for cabbage rolls.
Next time I make them I am going to inform DH that I am making Glumpki.

It took me years to learn to make good schnitzel with stateside ingredients... I finally cracked the code... I bought fresh ham from the Amish and asked it be cut into Schnitzel fliech. That worked, tasted just like it did in Germany.

So sad about the kraut. I'm in the minority around here but I love fresh kielbasa cooked up with home made Kraut and Irish potatoes.

I also make a killer Papakash and spatzle recipe.
