Got a friend with a big lawn? You can raise 40 in an 8X8 shelter but you have to move it every day and sometimes twice a day and you'll fertilize the lawn for them

Yes, a very big lawn would be great!

What I like about Birdinhands thread is how he's managing to keep a low profile in a suburban setting. and they are so dang sweet!

Basically takes 35-40 squares per 40 birds--but you have to let them rest six months in between uses.

I have the room..plenty enough room in my backyard to make a tractor and move it daily.
I'm not worried about the poop, I have professional live in poop picker uppers!

Pot pie filling almost ready. I tried something different...I threw some tarragon in it. Never did this before...I hope I didn't screw it up.

I use red potatoes a lot.
I never peel them.

I had a friend over the other day, she is from Brazil...she asked why we never peel our potatoes...it was weird to her.
I didn't have an answer.

Do you all peel your potatoes?

tarragon should be great in it lot's a pepper for us

DH & I are at 22yrs. We married each other 3x. First time was at the JOP in a pair of shorts & tenni's. The second time was in my parents backyard, with the party & the big dress exactly a year & a day from the first one (stupid leap year messed us up.) The third time was 11yrs & 2days later in jeans, in the middle of the night, in vegas, with Elvis. I'd love to get married on the beach, but after living with me 22-1/2yrs I'm pretty sure he wont ask me again. We could celebrate for 3 days straight, but we don't. We just buy each other a card & maybe grab some take out.

not often I fry mine in butter but do not peel.. Mashed is the only ones I peel ever
