So I measured the distance from my house to my new duck pond.
It is right at one mile.

I might have found a new way to exercise.
Walk there to feed my ducks each morning.

But that darn goose.
What if he chases me all the way home?

Happens in water, mostly... Looks like the males are trying to drown the girls.

can happen on land too, but water is easier for them

i thought i told you the big brown i think is african and we were told the white was roman tufted

Just get a pointy black hat and people will think you are already dressed for halloween! Or you could use a walking stick!

We had a lady here, who lived in the French Quarter named Ruthie the duck lady, who was followed everywhere (even into bars), by a white duck for years, until Ruthie passed away, don't know what happened to the duck.

My kids keep trying to talk me into getting ducks, now that we have chickens. I think ducks are pretty and all, but I've heard about the mess they can/will make and That turns me off completely.
