My DD was at the house one weekend and was shocked that my project for the day was cleaning out the dryer pipe. I use the lint as fire starter for the fire place. In her house she's got nearly 30' of dryer pipe.. She went home and went to work getting almost a pound of lent.

I remember making some fire starter thing in Girl Scouts when I was little with lint and paper egg cartons. I need to look up that recipe!

I will brag.
The Mini just got his report card yesterday.
They don't grade with the regular letter grades here. They use numbers. I, 2 and 3.
Three being above level. 2 on level and 1 below level.
All 3s and he is on a fourth grade reading level. (He is just in 2nd grade.)


I will stop reading mid page and make him pick up where I left off to make sure he is following along wth me. He hates it.

Using paper egg cartons, put lint in each section. Half full is good. Melt wax and pour wax in each section. When needed pull off one section and ignite. The more wax you use, the more water proof.

Flame throwers work well too for starting fires in the rain.

How are the ducks? Mine are wet. Hope the garden got watered a bit.

Good to know if none of my hens go broody I've got Negan lol! I definitely think he'll be ok with chicks.

Never seen it.
I did finish 'our show' though.
I started a series called Zoo...it's creepy.
The animals all turn against humans and they all kill.
I don't think I can keep watching it. Makes me have bad dreams.
