I'm sitting in my office with my fellow RN and both of us agree that even using a pill cutter...that seems pretty dangerous. Sorry...both of us just have stories of pill cutters gone wrong.
Way to easy to gain weight as a working RN, know this from expirence. At one point, many years ago our entire unit was on atkins. LOL We would draw blood from each other every 2nd day and send to the lab for results to make sure no one was having adverse health effects. LOL That tells you how long ago it was.

Yes..I get it...But I used to not be lazy..so that is why I was never fat before.
(does that make sense)
I know I could cut back some food eating but if I don't get up and move I will stay fat.

I used to work out really hard, and then I'd eat more and gain weight. Now because I'm lazy and don't care I just try to minimize the calories-in part. For example, I mix Riced Organic Cauliflower I get at Trader Joes with eggs. Low cal, gives the meal good texture and makes me feel like I'm eating a lot. My body is so dumb that it falls for this trick.

Do you exercise ?
Or pretty much sit on your buff all day and goof off on BYC all day like me??
LOL

(I kid y'all... I have gotten lazy and fat but I'm not THAT lazy)

Yeah, I swim even if I sit on my butt all day. I've conditioned myself to the point that if I don't do it I start feeling oxygen deprived and really weird and uncomfortable. Even still, if I don't control what I eat I'll gain weight.

Are you fat...like me? (or fluffy or if I offend....are you slightly over weight?)

So you are probably not fat like me.

Uh well, there's no way I can compare, but my overweightedness is diminishing thanks to the games I play with myself.

Speaking of oxymorons, has anyone noticed Kmart's new clothing size - 'Fabulously Sized'. If I had a Twitter account I'd be really tempted to create the hashtag #flabulouslysized as parody.

Spill it...what games do you play???

We don't have Kmarts here anymore...I think they disappeared about 20 years ago.
