Got back from evening out...hubby needed bday gift for his brother. After shopping for that and arguing over gift bags and wrapping paper (yes...we are that couple who argues over stupid stuff), we went to dinner. LOTS of Florida plates. At the restaurant the couple in the booth next to us were from Florida and talking on a cell phone to someone about their conditions. I had to eavesdrop. I can only imagine these folks have family up this way. So...that made me think of all our Florida friends on here.....
And then to top off the evening....we come out to our car and what do we see.....A car with Texas plates! So love to our Texan friends (sorry....no TN or LA). MD is just normal....they might as well live here in DE too. LOL

What did you buy?
No more arguing...put your foot down next time!
Did you see any Puerto Rico plates?
You could of asked them to keep an eye out for our @theuglyduckling

Me too! We had a Golden Retriever who would snatch possums out of the grape arbor in the back yard and bring them in the house! Ick!!! My husband would have to come take care of them. Mouth full of razor sharp teeth :-(.

LOL Penny! I'm a '61 baby, so I'm 55 until December. So, I guess we can be honorary members of the '40's club, or start a '50's club! It's all good.

How far is Puerto Rico from the US mainland, and how do you get there? Are there boats/ferries or do you have to fly? How far is it by boat?

Beaches then? Waterfront activities? Nature preserves? Zoo? Of course I think most States have all of these. OOOOH Wait....we can run over to MD, PA, and NJ....lots of fun stuff to do in those states! @ Flashpoint....I do draw the line at Elkton MD though....LOL

Hey - even *I* don't go to Elkton or anywhere near Baltimore! Way too scary down there.

And according to news reports the air port there is out of commish...so....unless you hop a boat....
