does any child remember what a lint trap is for? Hubby actually had a dryer catch fire! (It was before he knew me!)

My lint trap actually says "clean before each load" directly on it. Always wondered who needed that little reminder.

I knew a couple guys in college that were talking about that so they wouldn't have to clean. Made sense at the time. They decided to wait since alcohol is flammable and they were, uh, breathing fumes...

My DD was at the house one weekend and was shocked that my project for the day was cleaning out the dryer pipe. I use the lint as fire starter for the fire place. In her house she's got nearly 30' of dryer pipe.. She went home and went to work getting almost a pound of lent.
You ever see the hair dryer with the notice that says "don't use in the bath tub"? I always wondered how you would dry your hair in the bath tub. Really??? Now they have all those safety devices. Life is like a final exam. FINAL. You get one shot. Good luck! Some of you are going to need it.
Had a professor who handed out signed drop slips stapled to the FIRST test in the class. Quite a few were used. He told us, "if you don't use it today, save it. You will want to use it later." Haha. I passed Organic Chemistry the first time with a C+++
