I may have to learn to cut toenails on the Silkie good guess cat nail clippers would probably be my choice, I actually have a pair that will do a dog nail fast but I dremel those do use it on dew claws every now and then

I use the kind for cats/dogs just stick the tip in and clip. You don't have to take much,chicken toenails don't grow very fast.

Morning all It's rained 1.38" since my last post and still coming down. Guess when the sun comes up we'll be slippin and a slidin in the pasture.

I needed that! The one i have with the wattle bite stayed on the nest all day,at roost time i had to go get her thought there might be a issue. Stuck my hand in the box and poof instant puffed hen! Felt under she had already laid,goofy thing is trying to go broody. As much as I love chicks,she can't be doing that.
