In a couple years I'm either going to have to relearn how to use a sewing machine or enlist DILs assistance—but would like to make quilts with goose down. First I have to grow the geese.

they have to be treated or will always smell like a wet goose I had to go to machine as I was drawing more blood than doing stitches as my vision left me go to a old White Rotary as a machine 1937 to 1941 simple and never fails only can go forward so turn you fabric to go back then sew at the end do the same to lock the stitches JMHO
