I gave away the bread maker after getting a $60 Kitchen Aid from a pawn shop. The smaller one, but had no idea what I was getting into. Impressed me.

Wearing the coating off the dough hook. Previous owner had not adjusted it properly. Easily replaced, of course. Eventually...

Makes better bread than the bread machine using the same recipe. Of course, now that we are gluten free, bread is a treat. Cooked in the cast iron dutch oven as a boule. Can't beat it.

I intend to. She is happy eating the store bought rice bread. Need a good coconut flour recipe. I can't stand coconut and just stopped the bread thing. Mostly.

When the kids come home, we make bread and pizza and cookies and cakes. They get here Sunday. :D
