You can bring her in at night but they are sleeping in the dark and likely wouldn't do anything to her till morning. If you get them out at dawn, I'd just leave her with the flock.

I just wanted to update. She is healing great. Its a full scab now and I can already see new skin starting to grow. (Very little but still some!) I have kept her in up until tonight because she seems much happier with her friends and its no longer an open wound so im not too worried about it.
I want to thank everyone who has given me advice and even shared their stories. You guys are awesome!
