Maybe try spicing them up a little.
Add some season all, a little mrs. Dash is good on eggs.
And my fave is to sprinkle some shredded cheese on the eggs.
I don't flip my "over-easy" eggs.
I make mine in a small pan with butter. I melt the butter get it good and hot, then take the pan away from the heat to add the eggs and what ever seasonings I want. Then I return the pan to the heat with a good lid.
the lid traps the heat and makes perfect fried eggs. Leave the lid on for a couple minutes before checking the eggs.
But making them this way they look really "pretty" and the cheese is a nice addition.

I just started buying free range eggs from the store. I noticed a difference between them and the regular store bought eggs.
I can't wait till my girls start laying.
