White African Gander x Embdener goose
These are large goslings, as big as Exhibition Toulouse but longer and with a less blocky neck and head. These look like they’ll have some dewlap from the gander. They look saddle-backed and the coloring and pattern is most similar to Scania goslings. These are the first two, I should have a dozen or so by the end of the month. They are walking very well only 24hrs after they are out, and exhibit hybrid vigor. I anticipate rapid growth do I will put them on a 24% meat bird grower with the usual added calcium and peas to supplement their pasture forage, like with the Dewlap Toulouse types.
