You betYup thats what i said. I took em home n washed as much of the oil as i could off before i coated them w blucote let them dry up and then put them in a proper dust bath. They gave me eggs within the wk. I sent him pictures
Both ideas are really good shes very excited to read our thread as ive told her about you keeping parrots. So im about to turn it over to her and ill let you know what she says. Probly should have her be prepared to take notes theres so much info

That is so cool how they started laying within a week - wow - I am happy for them even though they are no longer here LOL maybe I’m weird lol I just love the little things I mean they are so innocent and cute and sweet... of course that doesn’t stop us from having a nice meal but we care for them nicely before that... lol It is great to raise your own food and know where it comes from.
Now I just wish mine would get back to laying but it’s still chilly here and I’ve about had it with winter even living in the south
