I’ve had these hens for 7 weeks and no eggs

Good morning. I posted a few weeks ago asking when y’all thought I may get eggs from my three red sex links. I have been really patient but not one single egg yet. I don’t know what to do different. I’m adding a picture of them in case someone can tell me something.
They eat egg laying crumbles, they get a red solo cup of either cracked corn or wheat seeds scattered around the pen. They have three sources of water. I’m just lost on what to do. Thanks!

How old are they? Cracked corn has no nutritional value. Do they have access to oyster shell? Try putting fake eggs or golf balls in nesting boxes to teach them where to lay.
