Perhaps something that is less about the north and more about the actual breed? Snowflake Sussex, Snowdriven Sussex, Northern Light Sussex (play on northern lights and also includes light sussex)

Something that will make your progeny stand out. There's a big marketing difference between something that came from "a farm called ____" and something like "oh this is a Snowflake Sussex"

Just food for thought !

We just have a woodstove (and a normal heater) that we use. Down here, spring and winter last about 3 months combined!

Yeah.. im all about my critters and such these days...
All of my siblings and their families live withing an hour or so from us.... not a super close knit bunch but here for each other if needed.. most of em anyway...
