I am over weight and having a melt down :'(

Well, I guess if 120 is healthy for 5'5'' then any body got some advise on muscle toning? or workouts that don't tire you out at the snap of a finger.

Drink plenty of water, walk/jog 3 times a week. Do you belong to a gym? Check out sparkpeople.com and see what they recmmend for toning!

All workouts will tire you out at the snap of a finger until you get used to them. You just have to start slow, and gradually add more time.
You probably don't want to do anything involving weights, at the risk of getting carried away and adding bulk

(I can say that, cuz my heft is in the same place!

Walking is good, aerobics with a video are good and you can get some with pretty much any kind of music you like, and they're pretty fun. All of it's gonna wear your butt out at first, though. You'll build up stamina as you go, and the day you get through a whole workout video without dying, you will be so proud of yourself. Just be careful, though, because they make them for adults and you don't want to hurt anything. Regardless of your size, you're still developing.

I used to belong to a gym to EXSPENSIVE!$ so I bought a tread mill we have a local YMCA near us but I bet millions of dollars it would be mostly old people doing it water erobics. I just want to figure out something at home don't feel like going out to a gym hearing guys in the back of the place screaming and grunting eavery time they lift weights way to common at the gym I went to and way! uncomforatable for me. So I am think just at home work outs I could do any time I feel in the mood for it. And I dont exactly know erobics or yogo all I basically know is crunches....push ups....walking/jogging but the hard part is work outs to loose this huge hiney I got behind me.

Well, to start - you got to want it bad enough and not come up with excuses for it. If you want to do it at home - start wtih aerboic tapes they're at walmart at a variety and reasonable priced. Or get a yoga video and work your way up to stregnth training with elastic bands also available at walmart, kmart, target etc with instructions. Good Luck. Desire must come first. :)
