I am pretty sure my hen has worms, natural treatment?

I haven't gotten the opportunity to check out any poops, I have been pretty busy these last few days. I can look gain today though for sure.
Just because you I think she is feeling better does not mean that this worm medicine is what's making her feel better.
Keep that in mind.

Okay, I checked her crop this morning, last night is was full, and the morning it was flat so seems to be emptying normally. I felt her abdomen between her legs and it was just bone. Hardly anything there, I am assuming that is because she is under weight. Today will be her 5th dose of wormer, so hopefully I will start to see large improvement soon. Thanks for all the help!

Update: Her face definitely seems brighter after the worming, I think I am seeing less weird poops as well. I went out and checked on her today, she as sitting about 2 feet from the feeder. Just standing there like usual because of her bum leg. It was 3 in the afternoon, the feeder was full and there was no one there to keep her away from eating, her crop was completely empty. Like, she just wasn't eating. I am going to start bringing her in the shop with her own bowl of food at least once a day. She seemed to eat when I brought her in at night.
I know she knows how to eat from that feeder, when it gets low during day and I fill it in the end of the day everyone comes running including her. Any ideas to why she isn't eating?

May I suggest that you start weighing her on a food scale daily? If she starts gaining weight you'll know you're heading in the right direction.
