I am pretty sure my hen has worms, natural treatment?

Okay, lets try not to argue about this. I will start weighing her, but any ideas as to why she wouldn't be gaining weight and her crop would be completely empty? Any ideas as to what else is going on?
As she is a rather old hen, she might be suffering from some kind of cancer or liver disease which often lead to nausea and loss of appetite.

Might be good to isolate her in a crate so you can monitor her intake/output.

That was holding her using the human scale?
Yes, I can try holding her on the human size scale, and weighing my self, then picking her up and see if it measures the same.

I thought about bringing her in, I was going to ask that next. I can definelty being her in, especially because its wet out there, and for some reason she always get wet in the rain. I can bring her into today if you think thats a good idea.

I have used chemical dewormers(such as Wazine) when needed, due to no other fast, safe, effective treatments , that I know of ( about, 46 years keeping chickens)! I have been an organic gardener, fairly successfully, for 35 of my 50 years gardening, but no "organic" method has been any of the above, unfortunately(fast, safe or effective) for deworming chickens! Worm prevention has been my goal, but I have not always been successful! I use DE as a dust bath for external parasites and I believe it may inhibit worms, at least by controlling them passing from mites, fleas and etc. and the birds eating it probably helps, but I have no proof of that! If you find a demonstrable, effective, worm cure, that is Organic and safe, let me Know! I regularly use homemade and purchased organic pesticides/insecticides from organic plants, resins, oils, dust and from soaps, peroxide, vinegars, baking soda and etc. in my home and garden with pretty good success! Keeping rodents, wild birds, dogs, cats and other animals, away from your chicken coops and runs, is good practice. Be sure and quarantine newly purchased stock from your older flock for several weeks at least, to observe for signs of problems. Use a good commercial wormer for sick ,infested birds. Good luck!
