I am so mad about the eggs I just bought!!!!!!@!

If you paid via PayPal and did not get what was described AND that many eggs were broken, you should make a claim that the packaging was not adequate AND the item was not as described. I would make the main claim that the item was not as described and mention, secondarily, that they were not packed properly...IF you feel they weren't packed correctly. Was there any damage to the box or were there any marks on it?

Regardless, like the others have said, leave bad feedback. Sellers can no longer leave bad feedback for you, so you can feel free to speak honestly.

Good luck and please let us know what PayPal does.

I really feel for you. Leave feedback and Pm me the seller! I will stay away from them. Do they have other bad feedback? Last week I just bought some eggs too 140 for 6 eggs. No extras But the eggs are in good condition. They ripped you off and File a complaint with paypal. it is called a dispute. Paypal will freeze the money in their account and until a judgment or settlement is concluded they will not have access to the money. Be sure to not inform them of the dispute just do it. If you warn them they will move the money out of their paypal account and then there is nothing you can do about it if you win. AGAIN this is just my advice .. since they ripped you off. Fight Back!

The ones that hatched..... Old English Pheasant Fowl (1 female)..... Black Polish (1 hatched and died) ... Vorwerk (1 male) ... then I collected 6 other eggs from a breeder locally (Ebay) only paid £3.00 for those eggs and all 6 hatched..silver pencilled wyandottes... 5 roos one female...have swapped all my roos for call ducks..... good trade off.

The others I bought - Lakenvelders (infertile)

Silver Seabright (infertile)

lemon millefluer (1 hatched rest infertile)

there where more but can't remember all of them at the moment....

Make sure you contact the seller before leaving bad feedback or placing a complaint to Paypal or ebay. Let them know you'd like to be compensated for the lack of eggs or you will place a complaint. Keep all correspondance with the seller and send that along with the complaint when you do. It will help to make them lean your way. As for the broken eggs. If they were packaged propley then they should not have broken or had that many break. But it is the risk you take. Unless the seller claimed they would pack carefully then not much there to do about it.

the seller you baught from has like 381 positive feedbacks, but only as a buyer, NOT A SELLER. they have 0 sellers feedback! which means they have never sold on ebay before..

I got a serama cockerel that i hatched that i spend 35+ dollars on and a the one SG cost me 25$and with my luck its a cockerel too.

I had a similar response from a seller ON HERE when 1/2 were broken and the rest were scrambled due to really poor packing.
Should have probably gone back to paypal on it but didn't because it was a BYC member.
I rarely buy eggs anymore that are shipped.

I wouldn't definitely file a complaint with PayPal...especially since you didn't get what you ordered!

I don't blame you for being mad. The eggs that I got from you were wrapped beautifully and not one egg broke. So it can be done.

Fight back!

I would be so

. It sounds like they had no clue how to pack eggs. How were they packed?
