I'm thinking they're both cockerels, but could you post again in a couple weeks? Also, if you have too many roosters check out this thread: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/rooster-flocks.1174877/
Unfortunately I'm city bound with an ordinance of no roosters. Guess I have to give away all my beautiful birds... I'll hold onto these until they start crowing or convince me they aren't boys now, as I have several more cockerels giving me grief already.

^^^^Rocky (speckled Sussex 1)(whom I've thought was a roo since 3 days old.. )
just shy of 12 weeks old here. 97% convinced hes a boy

Jewel- Speckled Sussex #2
Just shy of 12 weeks.
Pretty sure shes a pullet! nice round tail feathers. (rocky has a ton of jagged boyish ones) small compared to rocky, hardly any appearance of wattles, slight pink on the face.. but hardly any in comparison to her hatchmate.

Looking like a pullet
Really?! I don't care either way, but Rocky has been "different " from the get go. Grew in super fast (growth wise. feathers were a bit slow). The body is more "boyish" compared to Jewel (taller, more "muscular") and the tails are completely different patterned and the tail feathers are messy and curved and squared vs round. The only thing that had me thrown was the lack of comb growth. His/her is more red than jewels and bigger wattles .. I've heard that speckled Sussex's are hard to sex up until the point they either lay or crow. Id be thrilled with either .. a pullet is ideal but a rooster is fine too.
