I can sex your Silkies!

Just wanted to say those are gorgeous chickens! Looks like fluffy cotton balls with feet. I've always wanted some. Are they high maintenance? That's what I'm told.

My Silkies are not high maintenance they hardly eat or drink at all and they are very docile and calm so I would recommend getting them.

Mine are not high maintenance... they are just cute fluff balls... I have to always put their treats in the back, so that they get some. Otherwise the others won't let them get any. The larger chicks are almost ready to integrate into the larger flock, so the silkies will have the run of their coop.

I have a question. Right now I have 20 silkies and 4 are looking to be roosters they are 3-4 months old. They all grew up together. Is there a chance they can so stay together or am I going to have to make a bachelor pad if there is no way 4 silkie roosters will get along. Right now, everyone is so sweet and they get A LOT of attention from me and really are the sweetest. There hasn't been one fight among them, not even feather raising.

Hi! I have another Silkie that I would like to ask for your help. Is it a he or a she? I think he could be a boy, trust my luck!
