Read Rule Number 2 in the Rules Section.
They do it in the pets section too...

Yup...those flaggers are pathetic..sad people. They NEED to get a life....
and you are RIGHT..they do NOT really care about animals...or they would not try to block them from finding good homes... GRR! Idiots..

I need that one. Very creepy when only used once.

We got our roo from a woman who posted him on CL. The ad said $5 but we ended up getting him for free. She said that she ALWAYS puts a small price on something, even if she would give it away for free because the weirdoes all show up whenever she had "free" in the ad.

Example she told us. She used to have emus. Decided to get rid of them and posted an ad for Free Emus. A guy called up and said he'd take them all. She asked if he had facilities to care for such large birds. "Birds!" he exclaimed. "Yes, 6 ft tall birds that can kill a human with a kick." He just wanted "free stuff" and needless to say, she did not even GIVE this idiot the birds. They probably would have killed him then starved.

I have been flagged on CL for posting ads for "looking for homes for roosters, rehoming fee" It is annoying because they tend to let all kinds of other unsavory things slip by that I think are really wrong. I posted it again & asked them to read my post before flagging, that roosters need homes too. I don't think they read it the 1st time, just flagged it because the 2nd time they left the ad alone. Same ad.

i just wish we would get a post saying WHY we were flagged. it so horrible, i cant stand it

for shame craigslist for shame....

I would seriously look into starting your own version of moderated "craigslists" in your home states, like what we have up here.
They are such a blessing, and the farmers very much appreciate that they will not be treated badly for posting.
Here is the addy, if you want to take a look at it.
www.alaskaslist.com
we even have a section for Farm Fresh Products, such as eggs and produce.
