I can't believe I'm building a chicken coop.

Well, it appears I am in good company! I have some experience in repairs and minor building (if I don't do it, it doesn't get done). But this "coop business" is new to me. AM 71 and most of my friends are traveling, etc. However, I am glued to this website and Story's Guide and having more fun than all the others!

Love finding more women that aren't afraid to tackle whatever they choose to do. My friends and family think I'm a bit crazy. You know what I don't care.

There are allot of us in that party one of the things that make us so strong

Agreed strong women who aren't afraid to do what they want to. I'm about to resort to a weight lifting glove to help my left hand after the workout today. It was too hot outside to wear it.

I posted today's progress with photos under the Coop forums: the title Gramcracker's coop.

Ibuprofen(or what ever works for you) before and after.
Work less hours each day, so you can work every day.
discovered lidocane in aspercream as a roll on little less tramadol in the day is good in my book

I try not to take the drugs, aleve works most of the time.
a brace, some exercise, heat or ice, will often help. After working today have a weight lifting glove on my left hand to ease it.

Thanks Penny, hope it will go together the rest of the way and look half decent.
