I could cry. HELP!

Since 75C is about 167F that's a safe assumption. I can't understand why the rest of the world thinks Americans don't understand the metric system.
I do and don't and whether or not.. American Standard. And too 'H' with Triumph.. you'd have too know.. Would love a Triumph.. but settle for a Yamaha.

Question: it’s been 24 hours since the first little guy was born. He and two others are all dry. Three more were born probably within the last hour or two (I just woke up) and they are still wet and floppy. Should I move the fluffy guys to the broader and leave the wet ones in the incubator? Move all to brooder or just wait until they are all hatched. There’s 8 more pips currently.
I know they can go like 3 days without food and water but I was told to take them out at 24 hours so I was just wondering what to do here.

Wait for the others to hatch. They do not need anything to eat or drink and are just fine

It depends. If they seem crowded, go ahead and move the dry ones out. Just be quick. Always have at least two in each place if possible. Keeps them calmer. I moved all of mine at one time on this last hatch. Previous hatch, I moved eight of them and then added the last five after the late guy dried off. My humidity got really high with them all in there, and it seemed like the last ones were taking forever to dry. A couple were even trying to drink the condensation. My incubator doesn't have vents you can open.
