Maybe you could try www.eggzy.net ans search for someone by zip code.....

Maybe you could go to the 'wanted to buy' on this forum and put a request out for eggs....and sometimes around here there are eggs listed on Craigslist. Quite a dilemma.

Find someone locally with a backyard flock. I initially did not realize how many backyard flocks were in my area. Then I got chickens and started noticing more of the "eggs for sale" signs at peoples driveways. Where are you located? Maybe someone here is in your area and can help you get you egg face on?

you could try and find someone that sells fresh eggs, before i had my chickens i had a friend that we bought eggs from

My youngest to lay is 20 weeks, the oldest is 24 weeks...

How red are the combs? Can you post a couple pics of nancy and baby?

I'm the only person I know with chickens. I should have asked the lady I bought Clara from last week if I could buy some eggs too, they had over 100 chickens I think. I bet they would have sold me eggs.

I do have one friend who gets farm eggs somewhere, I'll have to ask her to get me some.

I'd go buy 3 or 4 dozen eggs and then surely the next day your hens will start laying and you will have more than you can eat!

It seems like forever to get that first egg but soon you will have plenty! Good luck!
