I found a chicken processor

I found someone about an hour from me who will do it for $2 a bird while I wait. That includes the vacuum packing. I wouldn't go that far but I have business there that day anyways. So 2 for the price of one gas trip. Turkeys are $3.

If that is your only option, then hey! I'd go for it! Finish raising them and make the trip. I had to to cull 9, five wk. old chicks this past Sunday and would've gladly paid someone else $3 a piece to take care of them so I didn't have to do it. That wasn't even for eating! If you can't find anyone else around you to do it and you don't mind making the trip, then do it!
