You know, Jared, baking would be an excellent project for the boys. You make the dough and gve them a pinch to make a mess with on the table. They are busy, you can get something done. Amanda gets a surprise.

Home cooking is something you can do with the boys that will enrich their lives greatly as they grow up.

I'll agree with that. I often cooked with my mom and now my 4 year old boy cooks with me. I do 99% of the cooking but he and Mommy make pantates (pancakes) almost every Sunday and he is always helping me stir or mix something, no chopping yet.
