I got some bad ju-ju in the house pictures added

I wouldn't get weirded out about it at all. We once rented a house that we found gravestones under. I think they just replaced some old ones. No big deal. I'd place the worded side down.

I would love to find something like that on our property. The only thing i've found so far is a very old horse shoe. I hung it up in my kitchen.

I don't think your cursed i just think you've had a bad week.

I like the idea of putting it out under a tree. That shows respect. I'd like to think if it were my little boy someone would treat it with the utmost of respect.

Did you rub the bottom right corner too? What does that say?

My heart is breaking for the little one for whom this stone was made.

I would contact the historical society to return this stone to its intend place....marking the loving memory of a baby....I am, of course, thinking like a mother....

...I don't think a stone for a baby could bring bad ju-ju...pray, breathe, release....ahhhhhhhhhh

The cemetery down the street has stones from the 1800's. It reminds me of stones found in the little children's section of the cemetery. My Dad and Grandparents are buried there. So is my Aunt that died at 6 months old.
That section was hit with vandalism a few years back, they broke a lot of stones up. It very well could be from there. Some one could have hidden it in there with out the owners knowledge.
I believe that your Ju-Ju is just a series of bad luck brought on buy your being freaked out about the stone.
I believe in ghosts, and I'm pretty superstitious. You didn't do anything wrong to that stone, so what ever is attached to it has no reason to be angry at you. A child so young and innocent makes it harder to think it could get so mad at finding a stone.
Maybe got you attention so you could do something about it!
Go visit the cemetery, find the children's section, maybe you will find the rightful place, you never know. Take a picture with you, and ask someone to point out the baby section, look around. It is a beautiful place. Go early in the day, it make a nice walk, and some interesting reading of old graves. there are grave markers with pictures on them you lift a little lid and a picture in underneath.
The office is located at the back exit/entrance, down on Bell Vista(sp) passed the Breil's flower shop, right before you get to the church. The church is not affiliated with the cemetery.
The children's section is kinda close to the office. My Aunt is in that section, her name is Barbara Smith. I can't remember the year she was born and died, but she lived for 6 months, she either was born in June and died in Dec. or vice/versa.
Keep us posted.
Magnolia grows well in out area!

Yeaaaaaa……
I personally would call a local priest and just get rid of it, not craigslist, not ebay, give it to him and let him handle it. You can rule out a pet grave marker, I’ve never hear of marking a pet’s grave until our generation and that stone is old.
Peace,
Dave

Wow, that gave me the creeps! I would not just get rid of it. I think I would feel that it needed to be returned to where it came from or I would be afraid of more bad luck. But I am just silly that way.

I agree, sure it's a little creepy, but calling a priest is a little over board. And why craigslist? I doubt anyone will claim it because it doesn't have a name, does it? Some one might buy it from you though.

Best thing to do, would NOT be to sell it or give it away, but to put it in a nice place on your property somewhere, and put some nice flowers around it. Think about it, wouldn't you want someone to do that if they found your displaced grave marker???

I also agree that you have probably created your own bad luck by being freaked out about it...did you know that religions like Voodoo all work by the power of the mind...most people cause their own misfortunes by worrying!!!
