So I bought a pair of Elliots pheasants on Eggbid. They were guaranteed to be delivered on a tuesday, but they did not come in till wednesday. The lady at the post office said that we should be able to get our money back on shipping since it was not delivered on time and gave us a number to call. My husband called the number, but they said that they could not give us the money because the guy shipping was the one who paid the post office and that he would be the one refunded. So I email the guy and tell him..he seems all cool like yeah I will do that for you no problem I am busy I will go to the post office on monday and do it. So wed I email him and was like did you get the refund and he was like yeah I did, I will send you a check in the mail for it because if I refund you the money you will get charged. I was like wow this guy is pretty cool!! 1 week goes by no check so I email him again and he said I sent it out, but I will send another one, but if you get 2 send one back. Another week goes by and no check so I email him again and never get a response. So I file a claim on paypal and all they said was :
Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a
refund.
So the guys made out an extra $60 I wish I never would have said anything about it I am so mad!!!!! Even if he would have just given us half...
